Souledout.org's Meditation Focus theme begins anew with this Aries cycle. Embarking on the annual journey, we are exploring Divine Identification ~ The Secret of Creation.

The first of the three major spiritual festivals ~ the Festival of the Risen One ~ is celebrated at the time of the full moon in Aries~Libra. Throughout the Aries cycle, each Calendar day's seed thought is portrayed in the graphic representation and links associated with the Keynote on the daily page. Beginning with the new moon on Thursday, March 26, we ask all to observe this holy festival cycle by aligning with the daily focus.

You are encouraged to continue with this meditation focus during the moon cycle surrounding the April 9 full moon in Aries~Libra. 2009 Aries Meditation Theme

We Return to an Original State by Rising

SouledOut.org's Divine Identification meditation focus for the Aries 2009 cycle is based on The Spiritual Kingdom ~ Unity Through Effort. Throughout the month, may we explore this important keynote as it demonstrates and develops.

The Light of Aries ~ The Light of Life Itself ~ opens us to new beginnings, to new cycles of emerging opportunities. Each year and our journey as One begins anew, as we renew the expression of our awareness of the zodiacal energies in Identification with the Divine.

Moving through Aries, our united efforts bring us ever closer to our Divine Destiny.

The full moon in Aries~Libra marks the Easter Festival, first of the Three Major Planetary Spiritual Festivals. A keynote for this festival is Love, as the Aries Festival is closely associated with the Hierarchy ~ the Spiritual Kingdom embracing the second ray of Love-Wisdom.

We welcome the incoming Spiritual energies of the new cycle, and Our anticipation of this first of the Three Great Festivals grows. For the Aries Festival at the full moon festvial, together we join the Hierarchy to unite in the Heart center of Deity.

Each year at this time Humanity aligns with the Spiritual Hierarchy, the Heart center of Sanat Kumara, and consciously participates in the meditation the Hierarchy inaugurated at the Winter Solstice. (1)

During Pisces we opened to the spiritual significance the ending cycle has yielded, in order to extract its essence for our coming service. With our vehicles purified for the commencement of the new spiritual year, we are now prepared to focus meditatively on Divine Identification ~ The Secret of Creation.

As our meditation theme integrates our awareness and assimilation of the zodiacal energies of the Lighted Way, we also deepen the united service we have come to recognize as our biggest, most potent tool in working together to usher in the Age of Aquarius ~ and so as a group to co-create Heaven on Earth.

Aries ~ The Light of Life Itself

This is the dim point of light found at the centre of the cycle
of manifestation, faint and flickering. It is the "searchlight of the Logos,"
seeking that which can be used "for divine expression." (2)

Taurus Information Synthesis

At the new moon prior to the full moon in Aries, we begin aligning in preparation for the major Aries Festival two weeks later. In generating the required alignment, we ask you to consider the information synthesis offered here as meditation focus for a month-long period. To aid in this alignment we advocate use of The Great Invocation throughout the cycle.

Overview of the Festival of the Risen One The resurrection of humanity into the Spiritual Kingdom is enlivened during Aries, at this full moon festival event.

Cosmic Identification It is through the practice of Divine Identification that we may demonstrate the true nature of Spirit, for to bring Spirit fully into our daily lives is service to the One.

One with The Divine When the Planetary Logos connects with the Solar Logos, Shamballa ~ or the Will of God ~ is their point of union. (4) We are called to connect there with Them, and in this way to embrace the Plan of Love and Light.

Divine Truths of Deity These basic truths are commonly held by all the world's revealed religions.

Principle of Unanimity In the ongoing life of the Soul there comes a time when the unity and essential oneness underlying the dualities of physical plane life can be recognized and shared. The quality of this essential oneness has been termed "Unanimity."

Law of Group Endeavor Group endeavor involves life and activity in group formation. Embodying the Principle of Unanimity, the Group Life of the New Group of World Servers manifests as the Light Grid of planet Earth.

The Kingdoms There is only one divine Life, expressing itself through the multiplicity of forms in all the kingdoms of nature .... (5)

Aries Night Sky~Moon Dances During each lunar cycle the Moon, waxing and waning, journeys through the zodiac. It partners with and enlivens the sparkling stars and glowing planets along the way. As the Moon grows in the light provided by our Sun, we too grow in the light of our Soul.

Easter's lunar cycle begins March 26. The goddess of love and the wing of Pegasus the Flying Horse help humanity rise up. Lunar theme: The Effort of the Heart Gives Rise to the Divine Ones.

March 29-April 6 Luna's growing light touches many hearts. April 2 First Quarter Luna touches the Twins' heart. April 3-6 Gibbous Luna accompanied by a hearty buzz and roar leads humanity into the beehive of group endeavor and the Lion's den of divine will.

Easter’s Full Moon occurs April 9 in Virgo the Virgin's Holy Grail. Each year the Easter Full Moon Festival is written in the heavens! April 13-16 the heartfelt effort of Gibbous Luna joins with that of the Scorpion and the Archer. April 17 awaken to divine promptings with moring Aquila and Last Quarter Luna. April 19-22 Easter's predawn waning Moon raises the spirit, while dancing with Jupiter, Venus, Mars and two telescopic planets, Neptune and Uranus! Ponder your experience of the Easter lunar cycle, which is now coming to an end.

Preparation for Participation in This Meditation Focus

Helpful suggestions for an Aries Full Moon Ritual

Consider what is the appropriate way to join in this meditation ... you may wish to participate in group formation on the physical plane as well as on the inner planes. Whether or not you choose to be "alone" on the physical plane, know you are uniting with many others who also are attuning to the energies available at this Global Festival, and that this group focus creates a powerful channel for the meditation to be potent and effective.

If you are unable to meditate at the exact time of the full moon, choose a time within 12 hours before or after to be part of this group meditation.

Prior to your meditation take the needed time to create a sacred space and spiritually align your energies.

The Full Moon Festivals Culminate over a Five-Day Period ...

Our meditation focus beginning at the new moon leads into the two "days of preparation" immediately preceding the full moon. These are to be dedicated to spiritual reflection and detachment from everyday concerns, as each prepares to become a vessel for the energies of light and love they will receive and channel. At this time we hold the attitude of dedication and service, and seek to assume that attitude of receptivity to that which our soul will impart which will make us of spiritual use.

The day of the full moon itself is the "day of safeguarding," one of inner peace and silence during which we attempt to contact and consciously hold the energies for the rest of humanity. We will not formulate for ourselves what will happen, nor will we look for results or tangible effects. While one may not observe the exact moment when the moon is full, it's important to find some quiet time to reflect alone or use this opportunity to meditate with others of like mind and focus.

The two succeeding days are called the "days of distribution." We now turn the attention outwards, away from ourselves, and our efforts are to pass on the spiritual energies that have been contacted. We assist these spiritual energies, transformed into goodwill, in flowing to where there is greatest need.

If you wish, feel free to continue use of this meditation for the entire month of Aries.

Mythology of Easter The Aries Festival of the Risen One or Easter's roots go back to Egyptian and Greek myths, spanning centuries and millennia, through many cultures and traditions.

Aries Zodiacal Deity Symbolized by the Ram, Aries is the first sign of the zodiac and begins the cycle around the great wheel. Three outstanding urges characterize Aries: the urge to begin, the desire to create, and the urge to resurrection. A sign of commencement, the secret of Aries is the secret of beginnings, of cycles and of emerging opportunity. (6)

Aries Labor of Hercules Hercules's labor in Aries was to capture the man-eating mares. This first labor starts with a partial failure, as is often the case with the inexperienced and impetuous aspirant. "The delightful part of the story of Hercules is his impulsiveness and the fact that he was not always successful. He failed sometimes and had to redo the labor until success followed on his efforts." (7)

Resurrection To resurrect is to return to an original state by rising.

The Three Spiritual Festivals The springtime full moon festivals form the spiritual high point of the year.

The Season of Lent This Aries full moon cycle overlaps with the time of Lent and other rituals of purification and sacrifice, rituals in honor of our ever-evolving journey, our ability see the Lighted Way, and our connection to each other and to Divinity.

The Springtime Holy Feasts Certain days, from Lent through 50 days after Easter, have specific importance in the Christian Church.

Cardinal Cross Aries, a point on the Cross of the Risen One ~ The Cosmic Christ, is closely connected to initiation and the revelation of a hidden secret.

The Lighted Way The entire zodiac can be approached and understood from the angle of light. This light is the inner light, soul light, and its unfolding and increasing radiance is the manifestation of our divine nature. (8) Study of the 12 different lights for each of the constellations of the zodiac will reveal the symbolic story of the growth of the light body, within the Soul of Humanity (the Macrocosm) and within each of us (the Microcosm), and will finally make clear the very purpose of God.

New Group of World Servers Members of this group desire to uplift, teach and help others. They are identified by the selflessness of their service to the world and lack of personal ambition, coupled with a willingness to work behind the scenes without recognition.

The Holy Grail This chalice "is the receiver and container of the life of God." (9) It is the highest meaning of the constellation Virgo, (10) and the location of the full moon every year at the time of the Aries Festival.
