Souledout.org's Meditation Focus theme for 2012 continues for the Virgo full moon cycle.On our annual journey having begun with Aries, we are exploring Cosmic Communion ~ Consummation of Life Everlasting.
During the 2012 spring festival cycle, we attuned to the inflow of energies through the Spiritual Kingdom and aligned with this focus. Now, as we continue through the year, we are endeavoring to assimilate the new energies and to integrate these into our service in the world.

Wielding
the Electric Fire of Life We Ignite
The Seed Releasing Life More Abundant in Our World
For the 2012 Virgo Festival, we continue with this invocation as our spiritual focus mantram.
Aligned in group formation we now move through the sign Virgo, and our identification is with the Divine. We may draw upon our awareness of the zodiacal energies of the Lighted Way to further empower the great global grid to light our world.
As aspirants and disciples, in present time we consciously realign with the Divine Plan ~ the unfolding Purpose of the One Life. Through our alignment with the Principle of Decision, we then become steadier in our service expression.
Electric fire relates to the Will aspect of deity and manifests as Unity of Spirit. As Watchers of the Dawn we are called to Wield this force by aligning with and directing the incoming flow of energies to reveal the Synthesis of Life Itself. All are valuable in this endeavor.
The Virgo cycle offers an opportunity for each person in the Holy Grail ~ the Sacred Chalice, planet Earth’s Light Grid ~ to further participate in the distribution of the Life which in turn implements the Divine Plan on Earth.
In that we, as the worldwide group, have envisioned a grid of light over all the Earth that connects the light of every Lightworker and each sacred energy vortex, together we form this Chalice ~ the Holy Grail prepared to assist in the grounding of spiritual energies on behalf of the One Life.
The constellation Virgo itself holds the hidden Holy Grail in the night sky, and as the Sun traverses the sign Virgo, we are able to tap into this energy towards advancing our service in the world.
In this service pursuit, we are pursuing Humanity's Divine Destiny, "... mysteriously related to the revelation of love upon our little planet, the Earth, through the process of creation ...." (1)

Virgo ~ the Virgin ~ symbolizes the form nature. Under the auspices of Virgo, Soul and body are united, and we're told they are of great importance to each other: "... matter guards, cherishes and nurtures the hidden soul." Likewise, the Divine Mother nurtures the Christ ~ the Hope of Glory. (2)
It is here, in Virgo, that the intentional impregnation of form by spirit occurs. Informing substance, the Divine seed germinates in Virgo. Through our working with the matter aspect, the end result is the Sacred Form ~ ultimately, the manifestation of the Kingdom of Heaven on Earth.
... Virgo (the mother or custodian of the Christ-consciousness) ... shatters eventually the synthesis and the lower unity ... it stimulates the soul within the form ... because the genius and uniqueness of Virgo is that it produces the form as well as stimulates the life within that form and, therefore, nourishes and energises two lives simultaneously. It is a powerful dual energy, a potent expression of the anima mundi or the soul of the world. (3)
The planetary Hierarchy, Deity, and the Great White Lodge on Sirius are calling on each of us to act wisely, as impressed through the previous month's Sirius~Leo Cosmic Festival.
In this light, the following additional notes from Bailey's discussion of Virgo in Estoteric Astrology are helpful to consider.
• Virgo also represents the Hidden Light of God.
• Virgo is the guardian of the light of wisdom.
• Virgo is, therefore, the opposite pole of spirit and stands for the relation of these two after they have been brought together ....
• Virgo is ... the cosmic mother because she represents cosmically the negative pole to positive spirit; she is the receptive agent where the Father aspect is concerned.
• In Virgo, matter or substance exchange or interchange their service and each serves the other.
• ... Virgo "involves the service of the immediately present" or in other words ... God immanent evokes reaction from the form side and is thereby served. (4)

For this month's global meditation, we at SouledOut.org will meditate as a group on Thursday, August 30 at 9:00 pm PDT / 04:00 UT August 31, Friday ~ see details. All who wish to join in at this time are welcome, however if you are unable to do so, choose a time within 12 hours before or after to participate.
Feel free to pause at points in the Meditation, wherever you are naturally inclined, to allow the energy and information to come in fully and to be at one with the energies invoked.
2012 Virgo Global Meditation
The
Full Moon in Virgo ~ Pisces
Friday, August 31 at 6:58 am PDT ~ 13:58 UT
We mentally link up with people of goodwill everywhere, as part of the united group channel through which the spiritual forces can become available. Affirming this channel, "We stand poised united as One Soul with our Spiritual Hierarchy." We hold the focus.
We now visualize and become the Chalice we have created together as a grid of light all over the earth that connects the light of every lightworker and each sacred energy vortex. This network serves as a conduit through which the heavenly blessings may flow through every one of us and to the planet Earth.
When we have achieved this ...
We rise as one to meet the Light from on high. In response, the gateway that is Virgo opens wide and the Light pours over and into us, illuminating the Chalice we together form ~ an expression of the Holy Grail in the constellation Virgo.
We know that Virgo is a sign of synthesis, blending body and Spirit. This blending is ever evolving, as the light of form and the Light of Spirit join within us to reveal the next step in our Divine Life. With each cycle around the zodiac, the Light of Spirit grows brighter and brighter.
Virgo brings the quality of active intelligence to our service. As we travel through the deep valleys of experience, discovering Divine secrets, we recognize these truths and we bring them to Light. In this great work, we are consciously transforming the light of matter into the Spiritual Light.
We are living proof of this great, evolving cycle, as we have transformed our Light during the three great Spiritual Festivals ~ carefully creating and preparing a fertile space for Spirit to blossom. Then during the Sirius~Leo Festival, the Divine messengers prepared us to plant the seeds of our Spiritual evolution and transformation.
As Spirit nurtures us, we are asked to nurture the Spirit in all. We see the living, loving Light of Deity at the center of our being and at the center of all beings. In this effort we give Life to a new way, a New Age.
We bring the Divine into our every thought, word and action. The darkness becomes Light, and the Light becomes the sacred Life.
As we emerge from meditation, with focused mind, heart and will, we dynamically intone The Great Invocation, and together we say ...

Virgo
~ The blended dual Light.
Two
lights are seen ~ bright and strong, the light of form;
one faint and dim, the light of God. This light is distinguished
by a waxing of one and the waning of the other.
It differs from the light in Gemini. (6)
The Lighted Way The entire zodiac can be approached and understood from the angle of light ~ the inner light, soul light ~ and its unfolding, increasing radiance is the manifestation of our divine nature. (7) Study of the 12 different lights for each of the constellations of the zodiac reveals the symbolic story of the growth of the light body within the Soul of Humanity (the Macrocosm) and within each of us (the Microcosm), and will finally make clear the very purpose of God.
The Chalice Besides being a symbol of the inner plane world group alignment, the chalice also signifies the place in the etheric body that receives and disseminates the "gifts of the Higher Forces" which are then used in service. (8)
The Holy Grail The Chalice "is the receiver and container of the life of God." (9) It is the highest meaning of the constellation Virgo.
Yoga of Synthesis As we identify with the Oneness of All, we are able to express the self in light of this larger perspective and thereby assist in serving as co-creators of the Divine Plan and Purpose.
5 Forces Affecting Evolution These cosmic and systemic causes are responsible for the present crisis and difficult situation in the world.

Preparation for Participation in This Meditation Focus
If possible, we suggest being in meditation at the exact time of the full moon. If you are unable to do this, choose a time within 12 hours before or after to align with these energies and be part of this global meditation.
We at SouledOut.org will align for this global meditation the evening of Thursday, August 30 at 9:00 pm PDT (04:00 UT Friday, August 31) ~ and all who wish to join in at this time are invited to do so. We also encourage utilizing SouledOut.org's Global Meditation in group formation at the exact time of the full moon, and whenever possible during this festival's safeguarding cycle.
For this meditation and as each is able to join the world group at the time of the full moon (Friday, August 31 at 6:58 am PDT ~ 13:58 UT), it is suggested to begin meditating earlier so as to be in deep meditation at the exact time, and then continue for as long as you feel compelled.
Prior to your meditation take the needed time to create a sacred space and spiritually align your energies.
Consider what is the appropriate way to join in this meditation ... you may wish to participate in group formation on the physical plane as well as on the inner planes. Whether or not you choose to be "alone" on the physical plane, know you are uniting with many others who also are attuning to the energies available at this Global Festival, and that this group focus creates a powerful channel for the meditation to be potent and effective.
The Full Moon Festivals Culminate over a Five-Day Period ...
Our meditation focus beginning at the new moon leads into the two "days of preparation" immediately preceding the full moon. These are to be dedicated to spiritual reflection and detachment from everyday concerns, as each prepares to become a vessel for the energies of light and love they will receive and channel. At this time we hold the attitude of dedication and service, and seek to assume that attitude of receptivity to that which our soul will impart which will make us of spiritual use.
The day of the full moon itself is the "day of safeguarding," one of inner peace and silence during which we attempt to contact and consciously hold the energies for the rest of humanity. We will not formulate for ourselves what will happen, nor will we look for results or tangible effects. While one may not observe the exact moment when the moon is full, it's important to find some quiet time to reflect alone or use this opportunity to meditate with others of like mind and focus.
The two succeeding days are called the "days of distribution." We now turn the attention outwards, away from ourselves, and our efforts are to pass on the spiritual energies that have been contacted. We assist these spiritual energies, transformed into goodwill, in flowing to where there is greatest need.
We now continue to hold the high space throughout this most auspicious day of the full moon, an important time to still the mind and maintain inner peace, a time of spiritual retreat and contact. If you wish, feel free to continue use of this meditation for the entire month of Virgo.
