Souledout.org's Meditation Focus theme for 2011 continues as we enter the Virgo full moon cycle. On our annual journey, we are exploring Embrace the Unknown ... Fulfillment of Purpose.
During the 2011 spring festival cycle, we attuned to the inflow of energies through the Spiritual Kingdom and aligned with this focus. Now, as we continue through the yearly cycle, we are endeavoring to assimilate the new impressions and to integrate these into our service in the world.

The Light of Life Itself
Throughout the Virgo cycle, each Calendar day's seed thought is portrayed in the graphic representation and links associated with the Keynote on the daily page. Beginning after the new moon on Sunday, August 28, we ask all to observe this cycle by aligning with the daily focus.
You are encouraged to continue with this meditation channel during the moon cycle surrounding the September 12 full moon in Virgo~Pisces. You may want to bookmark the Calendar, or consider making it the startup page in your browser for the entire month, in order to participate on a daily basis. 2011 Virgo Meditation Theme
We Build a Lighted Earth with The Light of Life Itself
Aligned in group formation we now move through the sign Virgo, and our identification is with the Divine. We may draw upon our awareness of the zodiacal energies of the Lighted Way to further empower the great global grid to light our world.
The Virgo cycle offers an opportunity for each person in the Holy Grail ~ the Sacred Chalice, planet Earth’s Light Grid ~ to further participate in the distribution of the Life which in turn implements the Divine Plan on Earth.
The constellation Virgo itself holds the hidden Holy Grail in the night sky, and as the Sun traverses the sign Virgo, we are able to tap into this energy towards advancing our service in the world.

Virgo ~ the Virgin ~ symbolizes the form nature. Soul and body are blended in Virgo, and we're told they are of great importance to each other: "matter guards, cherishes and nurtures the hidden soul." (1) Likewise, the divine feminine nurtures the Christ within in the Light of Virgo ~ the Hope of Glory.
It is here in Virgo that the intentional uniting of sprit and form occurs. In creating substance, the Divine seed exists in Virgo. Through our working with the matter aspect, the end result is the Sacred Form ~ ultimately, the manifestation of the Kingdom of Heaven on Earth.
The following additional notes from Bailey's discussion of Virgo in Estoteric Astrology are helpful to consider.
• Virgo also represents the Hidden Light of God.
• Virgo is the guardian of the light of wisdom.
• Virgo is, therefore, the opposite pole of spirit and stands for the relation of these two after they have been brought together ....
• Virgo is ... the cosmic mother because she represents cosmically the negative pole to positive spirit; she is the receptive agent where the Father aspect is concerned.
• ... Virgo "involves the service of the immediately present" or in other words ... God immanent evokes reaction from the form side and is thereby served. (2)
The Hierarchy, Deity, and the Great Lodge of Sirius are calling on each of us to act wisely, as revealed through the previous month's Sirius~Leo Full Moon Festival.

Guidance in preparing for this meditation
If possible, we suggest being in meditation at the exact time of the full moon. For this month's global meditation, we at SouledOut.org will meditate as a group on Sunday, September 11 at 9:00 pm PDT / 04:00 UT September 12, Monday ~ see details. All who wish to join in at this time are welcome, however if you are unable to do so, choose a time within 12 hours before or after to participate.
Feel free to pause at points in the Meditation, wherever you are naturally inclined, to allow the energy and information to come in fully and to be at one with the energies invoked.
2011 Virgo Global Meditation
The
Full Moon in Virgo ~ Pisces
Monday, September 12 at 2:27 am PDT (09:27 UT)
We mentally link up with people of goodwill everywhere, as part of the united group channel through which the spiritual forces can become available. Affirming this channel, "We stand poised united as One Soul with our Spiritual Hierarchy," we hold the focus.
We now visualize and become the Chalice we have created together as a grid of light all over the earth that connects the light of every lightworker and each sacred energy vortex. This network serves as a conduit through which the heavenly blessings may flow through every one of us and to the planet Earth.
When we have achieved this ...
We rise, seeking the Light from on high. As the gateway that is Virgo opens wide, Divine Light pours in and through us all and illumines the Chalice we together create. As the Chalice grows brighter, our sense of Unity is further deepened.
We know the unique service of Virgo nurtures both substance and Spirit. The question arises ...
What is our identification? The form or material nature, in its many guises ... or Spirit, the Divine essence in all. We must constantly be aware of this duality.
The Christ expressed, "I am about my Father's business." In this we understand the subjugation of the form aspect to that of the indwelling Christ. Old things and ways of being must pass away, in a constant, evolving process.
We are ask to focus inward, to seek the Light within ... to contemplate the Deity in all. And there it is, the Divine spark ~ the Light of Spirit. We see the living, loving light of Deity at the center of our being, and we are learning to see it as the center of all.
What was once hidden is now revealed. Divinity descends into Humanity in ever greater ways, as we ascend to Deity. Darkness is replaced by Light, and the Light becomes the Life.
The Light and the Life are our building blocks. With these we are creating a Lighted earth, a Sacred planet. May the Love of God unite us all with the blended, dual Light, and in the Light of Life Itself.
Spirit,
come inside and guide.
Matter, rise and be wise.
As we emerge from meditation, with focused mind, heart and will, we dynamically intone The Great Invocation, and together we say ...

Virgo
~ The blended dual Light.
Two
lights are seen ~ bright and strong, the light of form;
one faint and dim, the light of God. This light is distinguished
by a waxing of one and the waning of the other.
It differs from the light in Gemini. (4)
The Lighted Way The entire zodiac can be approached and understood from the angle of light ~ the inner light, soul light ~ and its unfolding, increasing radiance is the manifestation of our divine nature. (5) Study of the 12 different lights for each of the constellations of the zodiac reveals the symbolic story of the growth of the light body within the Soul of Humanity (the Macrocosm) and within each of us (the Microcosm), and will finally make clear the very purpose of God.
The New Law of Ancient Dominating Good This relatively new Law is replacing the Ancient Law of Evil Sharing. (6) This law governs the Spiritual Kingdom and in time will also be fully revealed on planet earth.
7 Ways to Enlightenment There are seven grades of focused intention in meditative work, leading to results of a creative nature. (7)
The Chalice The Holy Grail "is the receiver and container of the life of God." (8) Besides being a symbol, the chalice also signifies the place in the etheric body that receives and disseminates the "gifts of the Higher Forces" which are then used in service. (9)
Secret of Creation Through the steadfast pursuit of Divine Identification, the Secret of Creation is revealed.
Virgo Zodiacal Deity Virgo, the cosmic mother, imparted to humanity her sacred gift of love ~ the birth of the Christ consciousness in the human heart.
Virgo Labor of Hercules The sixth great test of Hercules in Virgo was to obtain the girdle of Hippolyte, representing unity achieved through struggle and conflict. Hercules failed but then redeemed himself, as is the case with every human being in the attempt to become spiritual.
Night Sky During each lunar cycle the Moon, waxing and waning, journeys through the zodiac. It partners with and enlivens the sparkling stars and glowing planets along the way. As the Moon grows in the light provided by our Sun, we too grow in the light of our Soul.

Preparation for Participation in This Meditation Focus
If at all possible, we suggest being in meditation at the exact time of the full moon. If you are unable to do this, choose a time within 12 hours before or after to align with these energies and be part of this global meditation.
We at SouledOut.org plan will align for this global meditation the evening of Sunday, September 11 at 9 pm PDT (04:00 UT Monday, September 12) ~ and all who wish to join in at this time are invited to do so. We also encourage utilizing SouledOut.org's Global Meditation in group formation at the exact time of the full moon, and whenever possible during this festival's safeguarding cycle.
For this meditation and when able to join the world group at the time of the full moon (Monday, September 12, 2011 at 2:27 am PDT / 09:27 UT), it is suggested to begin meditating earlier so as to be in deep meditation at the exact time, and then continue for as long as you feel compelled.
Prior to your meditation take the needed time to create a sacred space and spiritually align your energies.
Consider what is the appropriate way to join in this meditation ... you may wish to participate in group formation on the physical plane as well as on the inner planes. Whether or not you choose to be "alone" on the physical plane, know you are uniting with many others who also are attuning to the energies available at this Global Festival, and that this group focus creates a powerful channel for the meditation to be potent and effective.
The Full Moon Festivals Culminate over a Five-Day Period ...
Our meditation focus beginning at the new moon leads into the two "days of preparation" immediately preceding the full moon. These are to be dedicated to spiritual reflection and detachment from everyday concerns, as each prepares to become a vessel for the energies of light and love they will receive and channel. At this time we hold the attitude of dedication and service, and seek to assume that attitude of receptivity to that which our soul will impart which will make us of spiritual use.
The day of the full moon itself is the "day of safeguarding," one of inner peace and silence during which we attempt to contact and consciously hold the energies for the rest of humanity. We will not formulate for ourselves what will happen, nor will we look for results or tangible effects. While one may not observe the exact moment when the moon is full, it's important to find some quiet time to reflect alone or use this opportunity to meditate with others of like mind and focus.
The two succeeding days are called the "days of distribution." We now turn the attention outwards, away from ourselves, and our efforts are to pass on the spiritual energies that have been contacted. We assist these spiritual energies, transformed into goodwill, in flowing to where there is greatest need.
We now continue to hold the high space throughout this most auspicious day of the full moon, an important time to still the mind and maintain inner peace, a time of spiritual retreat and contact. If you wish, feel free to continue use of this meditation for the entire month of Virgo.

Divine Truths of Deity These basic truths are commonly held by all the world's revealed religions.
