The Transition of the Ages
Pisces to Aquarius

We are told that about the year 2000 our pole star and Vega, another star in the heavens, are in conjunction with each other, following which the Aquarian Age will be fully with us, but only fully with us in the sense that we shall be entering it and Piscean forces will be receding rapidly. (1)

A great change is upon us ~ "the end of the world" is the phrase used in the Bible. We've come to understand that this not some vision or warning of a great, horrifying apocalypse, or even of Judgment Day. This great and ordered change in the energies available to us is the next step in humanity's evolution.

The Age of Pisces in which the great world Savior, Christ, arrived, will come to an end with the arrival of the Aquarian Age, as humanity begins our "entrance into heaven" ~ the Spiritual Kingdom.

Christ did his work utilizing the energy of Pisces, the sign of the Fishes. One can easily see the effect of these potent energies, as several of his miracles concerned fish ~ and the symbol used by many Christians is that of the fish.

These forces impacted our work, as well, during the Age of Pisces, as the truth of our essential duality ~ body (form) and soul ~ was revealed. The sign itself shows the linking of the two fishes, as our soul and body are linked. The evolutionary work of this Age has been the lifting of our lower physical nature to that of the soul. Christ, in the Piscean Age, has shown the way ~ the fusion or blending of soul and form to produce the incarnate Christ in all.

The energies of Pisces will recede, as did the energies of Aries some 2200 years ago when we moved into Pisces. We are conscious beings, and as World Servers are aware of this great shift. For it is one thing to be subjected to unknown or unrecognized energies and forces, which typically cause disruptions, upheavals, fear and clinging to the past. Such was the experience for part of humanity as we moved from Aries to Pisces; this led to artificial divisions in spiritual approach and to an energy of separativeness which still plagues our world today.

It is quite another experience to be aware of what is happening. Such awareness will allow us to prepare and work with these potent energies, opening the door to our evolution in the new age. And this new age draws near, the Age of Aquarius.

Let us open our hearts, our minds, our very beings to these inflowing new energies. These influences can and will cause humanity to identify with the group soul, as we rise from the Human Kingdom unto the Spiritual Kingdom.

The qualities that are the hallmarks of this evolution and our "entrance into heaven" are

1. Unselfish Service
2. Group Work
3. Self Sacrifice

This great cycle of the ages is like the cycle of the seasons, in a way; winter in reality does not necessarily end on a given day, but is part of a larger cycle. The energies of winter gradually recede as those of spring become enlivened.

We have naturally come to understand how to work with the seasons and their rhythms. On a far, far grander scale we must understand and become attuned to the energies and rhythm of the Ages.

As we know, attuning to the cycle of the seasons can produce optimum growth, and on this grand scale a conscious alignment with the energies of the Ages produces optimum growth or evolution for humanity.

Simply put, "It is up to us, up to us in Aquarius!"

- Ted. J. Rucker

Only the dawn is with us as yet ~ the dawn of the Aquarian Age.
The full tide of light is inevitably moving upon its way towards us.

Note:

How we identify and calculate the timing of an Age ~ the overriding cycle for orienting ourselves in time and space ~ is based on the Earth's rotation. Because the planet is spinning it develops a bulge at the center, in addition the Earth is tilted in relation to the plane of the solar system. The pull of the Sun, Moon, planets and other forces causes the Earth to wobble on its axis. The Earth's slowly wobbling axis traces out a circle in the heavens, orienting to the current Pole star.

It takes the Earth 25,800 years to complete this circle. Dividing by 12 (the 12 signs of the zodiac), each constellation corresponds to an average period of 2150 years. This cycle constitutes an Age. The specific Age (or energies) is empowered by that constellation along the zodiac which rises behind the sun on the spring equinox, March 21.

It is generally agreed that the Piscean Age began in approximately 100 BC, therefore the current cycle is very near our entry into the Age of Aquarius. Based on this calculation, the New Age begins in 2050.

The inauguration of the new Aquarian Age hearkens back to 1945 ~

Christ can draw upon the energies which are defined by the phrase "life more abundantly," because they will set loose (in the Aquarian Age) in a new and dynamic manner the new energies needed in order to bring about restoration and resurrection. This new energy is the "implementing force of universality"; it concerns the future. This inflow of Aquarian energy is one of the factors which will enable the Christ to complete His task as world Saviour and world Teacher. It was to the definite performance of His duties as Distributor, Nourisher and Dispenser that He pledged Himself in June, 1945, and entered upon His responsibilities as the Forerunner and the Teacher of the Aquarian Age.
