Meditation Focus ~ Overview

Souledout.org's Meditation Focus theme for 2022 continues for the Virgo full moon cycle. On our annual journey having begun with Aries, we're exploring Cosmic Freedom Inaugurates Planetary Liberation.

For this year's spring festival cycle we attuned to the flow of energies in and through the spiritual realm, and aligned with this focus. During Leo, with the Sirius energies the recent inflow has been further assmilated.

Now as we continue through the Virgo cycle, we endeavor to work with our present, new impressions and to integrate them into our service in the worlds of expression.

In present time, each and every day we consciously aspire to evolve and raise our vibration. We invite all to participate as we continue through the annual cycle, to extend and embody our awareness of the zodiacal energies of the Lighted Way.

Throughout the current lunar cycle surrounding the full moon during Virgo, we ask all in our subjective group, according to your inspiration, to utilize the materials presented here as seeds for the daily meditation ritual.

2022 Virgo Meditation Theme

Cosmically Aligned, We Embrace
The Eternal Rhythm of the Ages,
The Rhythm of the Sages

For the 2022 Virgo Festival, we continue with this invocation as our spiritual focus mantram.

The Virgo cycle offers an opportunity for each person in the Holy Grail ~ the Sacred Chalice, planet Earth’s Light Grid ~ to further participate in the distribution of the Life which in turn implements the Divine Plan on Earth.

In that we, as the worldwide group, have envisioned a grid of light over all the Earth that connects the light of every Lightworker and each sacred energy vortex, together we form this Chalice ~ the Holy Grail prepared to assist in the grounding of spiritual energies on behalf of the One Life.

Aligned in group formation we now move through the sign Virgo, and our identification, having been refined and enhanced during Leo, is with the Divine. We draw upon experiences of the Lighted Way to further empower the great global grid in lighting our world.

The constellation Virgo itself holds the hidden Holy Grail in the night sky, and as the Sun traverses the sign Virgo, we're able to tap into this energy towards advancing our service in the world.

During this year's spring festival cycle, we have attuned to the inflow of energies by way of the Spiritual Kingdom, and aligned with this focus. Now as we continue through the year, we endeavor to integrate the new impressions as we also apply them into our service in the world.

Each year, our journey as One is renewed through identification with the Divine ~ now via the Monad, our highest aspect.

As aspirants and disciples, in present time we consciously reestablish our connection to the Divine Plan ~ the unfolding Purpose of the One Life. Through our alignment, according to the Principle of Decision, we become ever steadier in our service expression.

Electric fire relates to the Will aspect of deity and manifests as Unity of Spirit. As Watchers of the Dawn, we are called to Wield this force by aligning with and directing the incoming flow of energies to reveal the Synthesis of Life Itself. All are valuable in this endeavor.

In this service pursuit, we are pursuing Humanity's Divine Destiny, "... mysteriously related to the revelation of love upon our little planet, the Earth, through the process of creation ...." (1)

2022 Meditation Theme ~ Annual Cycle

The March equinox initiated our journey for the spiritual year, as we share now in yet a higher alignment to Purpose in our service for the annual cycle.

As each individual unit takes responsibility for applying their highest dedication to Purpose, each one's life becomes the Path, itself. We may look to the Cosmic Path of Higher Evolution to further understand our connection to the Life More Abundant.

Path VII, the Path of Absolute Sonship, relates our solar system to the Great Bear constellation. We may contemplate the streams of energy involved in the great triangle encompassed by that of the Great Bear, of the Solar Logos, and the seven streams of energy which come from our seven sacred planets. "Through this triangular door all the great Avatars enter our system and 'find the Point where they can serve.'" (2)

The revealed quality of Synthesis corresponds largely to the Life aspect, that which enlivens all forms. Synthesis is. (3) This is so, according to the Essential Divinity of all life. Recognizing this truth, we are called to surrender ~ to be the Divine Path through the sacrifice of all that is extraneous.

Becoming the Path itself refers to our construction of the connecting channel between the outer, concrete world and the inner planes of the abstract ideal (4), linking us to the larger, cosmic perspective. This is an outgrowth of the ongoing sacrifice we make in service to the One.

The concept of Being the Path is similarly expressed in the words of the Esoteric Catechism pledge of the disciple, affirming the sacrifice made by the soul: "I am the Cross, I am the Way; I tread upon the work I do." (5)

From the standpoint of our planetary life, at this time in evolution we are inaugurating the third Great Approach, "... which will bring the new revelation, with its realised consequences, of a new heaven and a new earth." (6)

Virgo Full Moon Festival

Virgo ~ the Virgin ~ symbolizes the form nature. Under the auspices of Virgo, Soul and body are united, and we're told they are of great importance to each other: "... matter guards, cherishes and nurtures the hidden soul." Likewise, the Divine Mother nurtures the Christ ~ the Hope of Glory. (7)

It is here, in Virgo, that the intentional impregnation of form by spirit occurs. Informing substance, the Divine seed germinates in Virgo. Through our work with the matter aspect, the end result is the Sacred Form ~ ultimately, the manifestation of the Kingdom of Heaven on Earth.

... Virgo (the mother or custodian of the Christ-consciousness) ... shatters eventually the synthesis and the lower unity ... it stimulates the soul within the form ... because the genius and uniqueness of Virgo is that it produces the form as well as stimulates the life within that form and, therefore, nourishes and energises two lives simultaneously. It is a powerful dual energy, a potent expression of the anima mundi or the soul of the world. (8)

The planetary Hierarchy, Deity, and the Great White Lodge on Sirius are calling on each of us to act wisely, as impressed through the previous month's Sirius~Leo Cosmic Festival.

In this light, the following additional notes from Bailey's discussion of Virgo in Esoteric Astrology are helpful to consider.

• Virgo also represents the Hidden Light of God.

• Virgo is the guardian of the light of wisdom.

• Virgo is, therefore, the opposite pole of spirit and stands for the relation of these two after they have been brought together ....

• Virgo is ... the cosmic Mother because she represents cosmically the negative pole to positive spirit; she is the receptive agent where the Father aspect is concerned.

• In Virgo, matter or substance exchange or interchange their service and each serves the other.

• ... Virgo "involves the service of the immediately present" or in other words ... God immanent evokes reaction from the form side and is thereby served. (9)

Cosmic Freedom Inaugurates Planetary Liberation

Cosmically Aligned, We Embrace
The Eternal Rhythm of the Ages,
The Rhythm of the Sages

We link up with people of goodwill everywhere, creating a united group channel through which the spiritual forces can become available.

Affirming this channel, "We stand poised, united as One Soul with our Spiritual Hierarchy." We hold this focus.

We now visualize and become the Chalice we have created together, as a grid of light all over the earth that connects the light of every lightworker and each sacred energy vortex.

This network serves as a conduit through which the heavenly blessings may flow through every one of us and to the planet Earth.

Achieving this alignment, we become still and receptive ...

In response the gateway that is Virgo swings open wide and the Light pours into and through us all. This great light illumines and ensouls the Chalice we create, together with our Spiritual Hierarchy.

As the Chalice grows ever brighter, our sense of Unity grows ever deeper.

We grow by becoming ever more inclusive. Three outstanding qualities of Virgo come to mind ~ Tolerance, Virtue and Compassion.

A calm ... peace envelops us. In this stillness, we can see and let go of whatever is old and no longer serves. This creates a sacred space within.

The Life now streams in, liberating us and filling us with renewed vitality. Any darkness within fills with light.

The World Teacher, the Christ, comes alive in our Heart in new ways. We sense rebirth as Spirit emerges within. A more vital way of being is manifested.

Virgo provides a holy vessel for Spirit. And Mercury, winged messenger for the Divine, works through Virgo to bring the energy of Love-Wisdom.

This is the cycle for us to open to Divine Ideas that come through, letting these seeds be planted.

Matter is the vehicle of manifestation for the Soul in present time. We as world servers are creating the future, when the Soul fully becomes the vehicle for the manifestation of Spirit.

We are a truly Joyful part of the great Trinity, synthesized by the Life which pervades All.

Virgo Information Synthesis

Virgo ~ The blended dual Light.
Two lights are seen ~ bright and strong, the light of form;
one faint and dim, the light of God. This light is distinguished
by a waxing of one and the waning of the other.
It differs from the light in Gemini. (11)

The Lighted Way The entire zodiac can be approached and understood from the angle of light ~ the inner light, soul light ~ and its unfolding, increasing radiance is the manifestation of our divine nature. (12)

The Chalice Besides being a symbol of the inner plane world group alignment, the chalice also signifies the place in the etheric body that receives and disseminates the "gifts of the Higher Forces" which are then used in service. (13)

Preparation for Participation in This Meditation Focus

Our Virgo-themed meditation focus beginning at the new moon leads into the two days of preparation immediately preceding the full moon. These are to be dedicated to spiritual reflection and detachment from everyday concerns, as each prepares to become a vessel for the energies of light and love they will receive and channel. At this time we hold the attitude of dedication and service, and seek to assume that attitude of receptivity to that which our soul will impart which will make us of spiritual use.

The day of the full moon itself is the day of safeguarding, one of inner peace and silence during which we attempt to contact and consciously hold the energies for the rest of humanity. We will not formulate for ourselves what will happen, nor will we look for results or tangible effects.

While one may not observe the exact moment when the moon is full, it's important to find some quiet time to reflect alone or use this opportunity to meditate with others of like mind and focus.

The two succeeding days are called the days of distribution. We now turn the attention outwards, away from ourselves, and our efforts are to pass on the spiritual energies that have been contacted. We assist these spiritual energies, transformed into goodwill, in flowing to where there is greatest need.
